Where do I start?
Begin with the introduction and read front to back once, without touching your keyboard. Get the shape of the thing in your head. Then come back and build it with your hands. You will save yourself a lot of frustration by reading first and building second.
I think I installed the wrong version of the model.
This is the single most common hiccup, and it has a telltale sign: the repository installs cleanly and looks completely correct, but simply has no path from text to sound. The course has a short check you can run before installing, and a troubleshooting ladder. If you are stuck, include what you see in your message and we will point you the right way.
My voice clone does not sound like me.
Ninety percent of the time this is the sample, not the software. A weak clone is almost always a weak sample. Re-record in a quieter space, more relaxed, with consistent proximity to the mic. A parked car with the engine off is a genuinely superb free sound booth.
